As we plan for the 2025-26 school year, we are committed to working with Stillwater Area Public Schools to provide reliable and efficient transportation for our students. To ensure accurate bus routes and schedules, the district’s transportation department needs to know which students will be riding the bus.

Please remember that Salem’s school day will begin at 8:30 am (doors will open at 8:00 am) and end at 3:30 pm. Bus transportation next year will drop off at Salem around 8:00 am and if you request pick up it will be at 2:30 pm. We would ask that you only use the morning bus and pick up your child at our school end time. If this creates problems for you, please contact Mr. Klatt (rklatt@salemlutheran.org).

Please complete a “2025-26 Transportation Request Form” for each of your children by April 11 to secure your child’s spot on the bus for the first day of school. Your quick response helps the transportation department plan for a smooth start to the school year.
