Red Cross Blood Drive

Monday, August 15th - 2-7p.

Since 1992 Salem has hosted an annual Red Cross Blood Drive. The need for blood units is continual and thus the supply must be consistently maintained. If you are in fair to good health, have blood and a heart to help, then you should seriously consider being a blood donor. Young adults can donate if you are 16 and older. If 16, your parent must sign a form giving you permission. This is a convenient time to begin a habit for life. Give a unit of blood you can spare and someone else has a dire need for.

The number of units collected at Salem has been decreasing the last few years. We need to reverse this trend one unit at a time.
